ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped from our US base in New Jersey usually within one to two business days of the order being placed unless otherwise noted on our website. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier.
Domestic Shipping (US)
Shipping costs within the US are flat rate provided to you at checkout. We ship with the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail to all 50 states and US territories. Orders over $300 will require signature for delivery.
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to see cost. Rooted Cloth is not responsible for any duties, taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations. In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.
Instances of damage or loss:
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier. Rooted Cloth is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Rooted Cloth is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after customer receives item. Return shipping is paid by customer. Customer may exchange an item for equal (or lesser) value. If item is exchanged for another item of lesser value, the remainder of value will be issued in the form of store credit only.
