Thank you for your purchase! We work our hardest to ensure that the product you’ve purchased meets and exceeds your expectations.
As written in each product description; the handmade nature of each item results in every product being one of a kind. Fabric slubs and slight color variations are a part of what we believe to be the inherent beauty of our process and products. 
However, if your product has construction faults, marks, or arrives damaged please photograph the product and clearly identify the problem. Email your photo with a short description within 10 days of receiving the item to hello@rootedcloth.com and a member of our team will be in contact.
Return shipping is at cost to consumer. Due to the nature of production, purchases are eligible for store credit only. All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
